I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere were definitely highlights. The staff, especially the animation team, were engaging and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. However, I found the dining options to be a bit repetitive, and the service at times could be lacking, especially at meal times.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean, and the staff, especially the maids and animation team, are fantastic and hardworking.
